After activating the Advanced Slideshow Manager Slideshow Plugin, In left side of the WordPress admin panel you can see the menu “Slideshow”. There, existing galleries are listed.
You can select one of them by clicking on the “Manage this Gallery” button. There you can find button “Rename Gallery” Click on that and you can change your gallery name.
